Refund policy

This store has a no refund policy.  However, if an error has been made while an item was in production, a refund may be issued.  In this case, the buyer must reach out to the store within seven calendar days of receipt of the item.  The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. Other than a mishap on the shop's end, no exchanges or refunds are accepted.
